Miramar Hotel Hong Kong

Miramar Hotel Hong Kong is located on Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon side.

Hotel Miramar is centrally located in middle of Hong Kong's tourist and shopping centre, Tsim Sha Tsui.  It's been around for many years.  Transport is real convenient.  The underground (MTR) is one street away.  10 minutes walk to Star ferry to go to the Hong Kong island or to the China-Hongkong City where you can find hoverferries to Macau and various parts of China.  On weekend, you can even catch the ferries to outlying island like Cheung Chau near to the Star ferry pier.

Don't miss out the Sunday arts festival at the Cultural Centre (next to Star Ferry) if you travel with children.

Tsim Sha Tsui is full of fashion boutiques - from brand name shop, white collar office wear to real cheap local casual wear you can find them here.  There are also "factory outlets" in certain roads that claim to sell famous brand names at a fraction of the cost; some are factory rejects, others are fakes so shop with care but you can find nice things if you hunt around.

Dining is not a problem. Again, you may choose from McDonald, local fast food shops to middle range chain restaurants and good restaurants.

I've never stayed here but this is what it looks like from outside:
