The time in Hong Kong is UTC+8 or Univeral Time Coordinate plus eight hours.
I believe that German is on UTC+1 or CET being Central European Time. That means there are 7 hours difference.
Hong Kong is ahead, so from your perspective we are in the future!
At noon in Germany therefore it would be 7PM in the evening in Hong Kong.
But during the summer Germany switches to daylight savings time or summer time also called or CEST at which point you are UTC+2 and therefore the time difference is only 6 hours.
During the summer in Germany when it is noon it would be 6PM in the evening in Hong Kong. In both cases on the same day.
