Hyatt Regency HK in Sha Tin

This is a freshly opened (Feb 2009) hotel in a really out of the way place.  It is cheap, by HK standards, at only about a thousand HK $ per night.  But it is a really long way away from anything you might want to see, except maybe the horse racing at Shatin race course!
