It's not that organised in HK, there are sales at all different times of the y ear according to what the different shops want to do.

So you get Spring sales, Summer Sales, Winter Sales, but also lots of things in between like clearance sales or just sales for sales! Everything is so cheap I wouldn't worry about it anyway.
