I'm going to be going to Hong Kong for my summer Holiday. What sort of things should I bring with me in terms of supplies, toletieries, clothing, emergency equipment and so on? I would like to be properly prepared to enjoy my time in your famous city. Many thanks.

Hong Kong is a well developed modern city and you won't lack for getting most consumer goods here, I can't imagine what emergency equipment you'd want other than the typical plasters/bandaid and some panadol/tynol etc.

If you have any prescription medicens then of course you should take those and a copy of your doctors prescription will help you to refill it if you need.

You do NOT need to bring to Hong Kong things like water purifying tablets or toilet paper etc etc that might be useful in 3rd world countries.

I hope that helps.
