Where will the dragon boat races be held in HK this year? I missted them in 2012 and I would like to see if I can time a business trip this year so I will see the 2013 races.

The actual Dragon Boat Festival this year is on the 12th June, and most of the "local" races will be run on that day. For example if you go to Sai Kung, Lamma island or Cheung Chau or other fishing villages to see the real local versions then 12th June is the day.

For the big international events though they are typically the following days. For example the "Hong Kong Dragon Boat Carnival", including the International Race in the Victoria Harbour next to TST will be held over 21st to 23rd June.

There are also "warm up races" being held in May, while on the 30th June there are short races in Stanley and Tai O.

Don't worry, there is plenty to see!
