Where is a good cheap place to eat local food in Hong Kong? I want to try authentic food but I don't speak Chinese, will this be a problem for me like I can't speak to the waiter or read the menu. thanks.

Shouldn't be a problem, there are plenty of good Chinese restaurants in areas were expatriats live and work so the waiting staff are used to English speaking.
