Is hongkong post air mail faster than seamail? Do they actually send airmail by plane and seamail by boat?

The Hong Kong Post Office is one of the delights of the modern world, it is extremely efficient and highly reliable.

Yes seamail goes but bot, and I'd not recommend that, but the airmail is really extremely fast. Of course how long it takes to get to you is not just Hongkong Post responsibility, but your local post office as well so it may depend on your mail carrier.
