Despite the official Lunar calendar telling us that autumn is mid way in late September or early October (because we have "Mid Autumn Festival", aka Lantern Festival aka burning wax festival!) in reality it isn't until late September that Autumn really starts from a weather perspective. This is peak season to visit Hong Kong, particularly if you are from Europe and may find the summer temperature and humidity unbearable. The seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter |
