What is the most recommended Hong Kong food or Delicacy that I should eat? Am going to Kowloon next month, will be staying in the Marco Polo Hotel.

That's a good idea, though I think roast goose is good from many restaurants, not just them.

How about some traditional won ton soup? Best from a tiny stall on the side of the road with no name though!

To be more serious, you must eat good dimsum. The really good places are not so tourist friendly though e.g. no English menu. The City Hall Chinese Restaurant is pretty ok stuff and good for tourists. They are super busy though and do not take reservations. Get there no later than 11:00 for "lunch"!

I hope this helps

Yours,
Raymond
