We are planning holiday to Hong Kong in November and would like to be there when the Christmas Lights are on. Can you advise when they turn the Christmas Lights on.

Normally Christmas lights around Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour go on around the start of December. I'm not sure if there is an official date for 2011 Christmas Lights in Hong Kong Harbour yet.
