Hi there,
is there anyone know when will be the big sales?
normally fall on July? I am planning to go next year, just for the big sales, but I have no idea when will be it.
Appreciate is anyone can tell me. thanks.

In HK sales are at the end of every season. e.g. end of summer and it is summer sale, end of winter and it is winter sale. There is no "official sale" period, every shop make their own.
