Can you pls tell what the weather will be like in Hong Kong in March

Also need details of the Octopus pass and costs - including the journey from airport

March is spring, hence damp.

You can buy the octopus card when you arrive at the airport, or you can board the airport express train with no ticket and get it when you arrive in town (there is no penalty for this).
