Hong Kong ParkHong Kong Park is actually one of the newest park in Hong Kong despite it bears a traditional name. The Victoria Park and Zoological and Botanical Garden are much older than the Hong Kong Park. The simplest way to go there is by MTR. When you arrive at the Admiralty station, just follow the sign and take the escalator up to the park above Pacific Place, the shopping mall. The park has a big pool where fish, ducks and tortoises can be seen. The children's playground is at the top of the park so ask for direction especially if you have a pram. The staff may show you way to avoid the steps. If you are fond of plants, try the conservatory in the HK Park. Here are some of the plants you can see inside:
There is also a nice restaurant in the park serves both Italian and Asian cuisines. |
