Central District
If you are businessmen or super-shoppers who want to shop till you drop, then
it's a good reason to stay in Central.
Where to stay:
- Mandarin Hotel: One of the most prestigious hotel in town,
Mandarine Hotel is very pricey. It's near the City Hall and
Legislative Council building.
- Ritz Carlton Hotel: Also near to the City Hall, Ritz Carlton
Hotel gives me a weird feeling about it. It's plain grey outside but
inside is very luxuriously decorated in European style. A bit like walking
into a spooky small castle and found all the nice furniture and paintings
inside.
- Gardenview International House (YWCA) HK: The YWCA Guest House is
not that conveniently located. Transport is required to go to any
shops or restaurants.
- Bishop Lei International House: This guest house again is
not that conveniently located. You may take 15 minutes walk or
transport to go back to the city centre.
