It is located at Central District in Hong Kong Island. The grey outlook of the hotel is not very attractive but inside is a totally different world. The deco of the hotel is very grand. When you step inside you thought you were in a palace of England. With fancy lighting, oil paintings on the wall and comfy sofas, you can lounge about there all day. Unfortunately, it was closed down before the Chinese New Year in 2008. On Ritz Carlton's last night, lots of government official and local billionaires businessmen were invited to its farewell party and witnessed its closure.
