It's a bit off the busiest part of Causeway Bay. In fact it's at the back of the Victoria Park. It may explain why it's slightly cheaper than other hotels in Causeway Bay like Excelsior Hotel which is really close to the MTR (underground) and shopping arcades.
I hardly notice Rosedale on the Park when I walked pass it because it's at a lane between commercial/residential buildings (though they have put many signs on the main road to take you there). (click on the picture to enlarge)
Once you get there, you will find that there is a pedestrian flyover at the entrance of the lane which brings you to all the facilities. And this lane (Shelter Street) is facing the Victoria Park.

It is said that it's one of the first cyber boutique hotel in Hong Kong but I haven't a chance to go in to have a look or stay.
