Hong kong is a pretty modern city so you don't have to bring things like toiletries or water purification etc etc. I'm not sure what you might need here as a tourist that would be different from any other travel. Perhaps power convertor/adaptors? We use 220v and 3 pin square plugs. So those of you from USA or Europe will need at least adaptors and possible convertors.
